My name is Don Collen, a NYS Licensed Home Inspector, NYS Licensed Mold Assessor and owner and operator of A-Pro Home Inspections, and a Capital Region native. 

I have over 25 years of service with the US Postal Service (District Safety Specialist) and have been working in the construction industry for 35 years doing renovations, and remodeling.

Being a homeowner myself and with my construction background my goal is to inspect, educate and provide a detailed report for your investment.
